The baby can be sleeping or awake, and usually we get both for a great variety of images for your gallery! Outdoors or In-Home. Senior sessions are relaxed and designed to celebrate the milestone of graduating from high school. Seniors may bring their cap and gown, or any significant props, such as a musical instrument or sport, to add variety to their gallery.
A Petite Maternity session is a great way to celebrate the anticipated arrival of your new baby and to record this season of life before their arrival. Sessions are usually done around 31-35 weeks. Session features the pregnant mother, spouse, and older children also included. *Only available when booked with a newborn session. If booked alone, charged as a family session.
Fresh 48 sessions are done in the hospital within the first 48 hours after your baby's arrival. These sessions are documentary in nature and intended to capture the beauty and rawness of this time. *Only available when booked with a newborn session. If booked alone, charged as a family session.

Most families have this question! Upon booking, I will send you a guide with tips on choosing your outfits. Most importantly, be yourself! Don't stress about what you will wear as we will have a fun experience and your photos will turn out great no matter what!
For newborn photo sessions, the ideal time in most homes tends to be in the late morning. For outdoor photos, the ideal time is typically during golden hour, which is the hour before sunset. This time of day will give us the prettiest light.
Yes! All families will receive their high resolution photos within two to three weeks. Your professional gallery link will be delivered via email and you will be able to download your full gallery with one click. You will also be able to share the link with your family and friends. You can download and print your photos anywhere you like, or for your convenience, you can order prints via your gallery.
You will have the option to purchase high-quality, affordable prints, canvases, metals, and other items directly from a professional print lab via your gallery. These items are all printed at a professional photo lab that I highly recommend and will be shipped directly to your home.
These are your photos. If you want to keep them private and not shown on social media, I understand and respect that. During the booking process, you will find a model release on your survey. You can decline to share and I will honor your request.
Newborn sessions are done in the comfort of your own home. I use all natural light, so I only need one good window to get amazing lifestyle images of you interacting with your new baby.
I do family photo sessions outdoors or in your home in the South Bay Area of Silicon Valley, including Los Gatos / Saratoga / Campbell / San Jose, and the Tahoe-Truckee Area of California, including the Tahoe Donner neighborhood.
Yes! If you check "yes" for sharing your photos on the model release of your survey, you will get a link to your sneak peek blog post within 1-2 days of your session. This sneak peek blog post will include 5-10 of my favorite images from your session. You can share these photos on social media or share the link with friends and family.
Absolutely! Fur babies are family too and are welcome to join you whether it's on location or an in-home session. If we are on location, I just have to confirm that dogs are permitted but usually they are. If you can, it helps to enlist a friend or family member to assist!
Yes! I now offer albums. I will make a custom album printed through a professional lab, with beautiful lay flat pages and a faux leather cover in your choice of color. Contact me for more details and pricing options.
