Hello SPNS families,
I’m Cindy of Cindy Tucey Photography, and I’m thrilled to be capturing your children’s portraits this year. My fine art school photography is designed to be a more personal and elevated experience — one that truly reflects each child’s personality and creates images families will treasure.
What are Fine Art Portraits?
Fine Art Portraits offer a fresh, modern take on school photography. Instead of stiff poses, harsh flashes, and busy backdrops, I focus on simplicity and authenticity. With a clean, simple background and natural expressions, each child’s true personality shines through.
At Cindy Tucey Photography, I create a boutique experience where children are encouraged to be themselves — whether that means a joyful smile or a thoughtful, serious expression. No forced grins, no awkward posing—just genuine, timeless portraits that families will treasure.
My goal is to make the experience lighthearted and fun, so every child feels comfortable in front of the camera. The result? Portraits that are classic and uniquely them.

I take a variety of portraits that showcase your child’s unique personality. Smiles are often natural, but I never force them—authentic expressions, whether joyful or serious, are always celebrated. The result: genuine, timeless images your family will love.
What Should My Child Wear?
For the best results, please avoid clothing with large graphics or bright neon colors. Solid tones and simple patterns photograph beautifully against the gray background we will be using.
Portraits will include both close-up and full-body images, so choose an outfit your child feels comfortable and confident in.
Easy Ordering After Picture Day
After Picture Day, each family will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery. Each gallery will include 3–5+ portraits of your child, available in both color and black & white.
Parents may choose to purchase a single digital image or the full set from their child’s session. Galleries remain open for seven (7) days, and all orders must be placed within that time frame.
This is also a fundraiser for your school - a percentage of profits will be donated back to your school!
